A RELIGIOUS FESTIVAL 🙏🎆

There are many festivals in sri lanka. But vesak is the most important buddhist festival in sri lanka, celebrating the birth enlightment and passing away of lord buddha🙏 . As well as people decorated their homes and streets with colourful lanterns, buddhist flags and beautiful pandals that tell stories from the bhudda's life 🌸. On vesak day we visit temples, observe sil 🙇🙏, give dansal(free foods to others ☕🍜)  and enjoy the peaceful, spiritual atmosphere everywhrere.

THE RAIN 💧⛈☔

Rain is a beautiful natural event that brings life to the earth 💦. When it rains, the dry ground becomes wet and the trees look fresh and green. Farmers wait for rain because it helps their crops and paddy fields to grow well. Rain also fills rivers , lakes, and tanks with clean water fordrinking and farming 🌊. Children love to play in the rain and make paper boats in the flowing water 👬.  As well as too much rain can sometimes cause floods and damage houses and roads. even thought rain can cause troble, it is a blessing because without rain there is no life.
